Our Mission

To reach out to the community by offering affordable fitness classes in a safe, non-intimidating environment.  Our highly trained instructors will assist you in developing the mind, body, and spirit you have always wanted in a comfortable atmosphere.  At the Body Fit studio, you won’t find mirrors or models on display.  You will find a secure space, small class sizes, and supportive staff providing personalized class experiences to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Class Descriptions

ZUMBA - Dance your way into fitness with fun and exciting Latin moves and rhythms.  Appropriate for all fitness levels from beginners through advanced.  The party starts here!

HEALTHY BACKS – Designed for anyone suffering from back pain, discomfort or stiffness.  This class provides a combination of low impact stretches and core exercises designed to strengthen the back and ease pain and stiffness.  Class is specialized for those with back issues.

TONE AND SCULPT – Benefit from improved muscle tone and bone density through low impact weight bearing moves and bodyweight exercises.  Beginner to Intermediate.

CORE STREGTH – Using specialized techniques, this class is designed to get your “Power House” in order!  Work on your abs, back and everything in between to create your best core strength ever!  Beginner to Advanced.

CORE FUSION – A combination of balance and core strength exercises fused together to strengthen the entire body (focus is on upper body on Tuesday and lower body on Thursday).  Beginner to Advanced.

LOW IMPACT CARDIO – This class is specifically designed for those who want to torch calories using low-impact moves.  It will strengthen your heart and lungs while minimizing movements that could injure joints.  Beginner to Intermediate.

PILATES MIX – Practice flowing body and flexibility exercises using Pilates, Yoga and core exercise techniques in this class designed for all fitness levels.

MODERN DANCE FUSION – A class that combines classical dance technique with the freedom of modern dance.  In this class, you will improve your strength, flexibility, and balance while learning how to have fun through movement.

WAKE UP WITH TAMMY - A mix of cardio, toning and flexibility designed to energize your mind and body.  This class will keep you going all day long!

YOGALATES - A blend of Pilates and Yoga, this class targets the most common trouble spots, the core and upper arms while increasing flexibility.

 General Public:  $35.00/month – $15/month each additional household member

Weigh Station Clients/Employees – $25/month – $10 each additional household member

You may also pay as you go at $5 per class.

Hours of Operation:

  7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. M-F and 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday
